Three Tracks
Find the track that matches where you are right now
Each track is described honestly — the level it assumes, what it covers, how long it takes, and what it costs.
← Back to HomeOur methodology
How the tracks are designed
All three tracks follow the same basic structure: short recorded lessons, small exercises to practice each concept, and mentor feedback on your work. The difference between them is the starting level, the topics covered, and the length.
We sequence content so that each new concept builds on something you've already seen. Rather than introducing ten new things in one week, we introduce one or two — and give you enough practice that they feel familiar before moving on.
The tracks are designed to connect. A learner who completes all three will have gone from no coding experience to building a working AI application — without needing to source additional material from other places.
Recorded Lessons
Watch on your own schedule, revisit as often as you need
Practice Tasks
Small exercises that apply each concept with real code
Mentor Feedback
A real person reviews and responds to your submissions
Clear Milestones
Defined checkpoints so you always know where you stand
Coding Starter Track
A gentle first track in programming with small, friendly exercises that build confidence step by step. Suited to complete beginners. Runs over six weeks at a relaxed pace. Includes recorded lessons, practice tasks, and supportive mentor feedback.
What you'll cover
- Setting up a Python environment from scratch
- Variables, data types, loops, and conditions
- Writing and calling simple functions
- Reading from and writing to files
- A small final project that uses everything covered
How it works, week by week
Weeks 1–2: Environment setup and first programs. Short lessons and gentle exercises, no prior knowledge assumed.
Weeks 3–4: Functions and file handling. You write small programs that do real things with real data.
Weeks 5–6: Consolidation and final project. You build a small application with mentor guidance throughout.
Models and Data Track
A practical track on handling data and training models, focused on careful, clear methods. Suited to learners with basic Python. Runs over ten weeks with weekly check-ins. Includes guided projects and gentle code reviews.
What you'll cover
- Loading and cleaning datasets with pandas
- Exploratory analysis and visualisation
- Supervised learning with scikit-learn
- Model evaluation and avoiding common mistakes
- A guided project using a real-world dataset
How it works, week by week
Weeks 1–3: Data handling fundamentals. Loading, inspecting, and cleaning datasets.
Weeks 4–7: Machine learning methods. Building and evaluating models with mentor code reviews.
Weeks 8–10: Guided project. You work on a real dataset with milestone check-ins and detailed feedback.
Applied AI Project Track
A hands-on track building a small AI application from idea to working prototype, with thoughtful guidance throughout. Suited to those ready to create real projects. Runs over thirteen weeks with milestones. Includes a capstone and mentor support.
What you'll cover
- Scoping and designing an AI application
- Working with pre-trained models and APIs
- Building a simple backend with FastAPI
- Testing and refining your prototype
- Capstone: a working application reviewed by your mentor
How it works, week by week
Weeks 1–4: Project planning and foundations. Defining your idea and setting up the architecture.
Weeks 5–10: Building the application. Core development with weekly mentor check-ins at each milestone.
Weeks 11–13: Refinement and capstone. You polish the application and receive a final detailed review.

Shared standards and practices
Data privacy
Submissions and personal data are visible only to your assigned mentor. We do not share learner work or information with third parties.
Feedback within two working days
All code submissions receive written feedback within two working days. We aim for feedback that's specific and genuinely useful.
Six-monthly curriculum review
We review all track content every six months. Outdated lessons are updated before the next cohort begins.
Capped cohort sizes
Cohort sizes are limited so mentors can give meaningful attention. We prefer turning away a new application to letting quality drop.
Prices confirmed before payment
Track prices are listed on this page. We confirm the total before any payment is made. There are no additional fees during the track.
Pre-enrolment questions welcome
Anyone considering a track is welcome to send questions before deciding. We answer them without pressure to enrol.
